I can't wait for this fight and any fight for the master title since you all worked hard for this but from the 5 who started in each element trial,only 1 challenger (or 2 in this case) and 1 master will fight in an excellent battle to have an old master prove worthy of the title or let a new master lead the team into war.In total,Good Luck to everyone fighting in a finals match and make sure to give it 110%!

Debilitating poison and unstable gases lead to this deck's name being Hydrogen Sulfide. Unfortunately it has a bit of a tendency to provoke fail draws and luck was not on my side.

Knowing he would bring his stall deck again I planned on catching in the act, the act of not doing anything... unfortunately he managed to play 3 Shards of Divinity before I could organize my perfect hand and slap him with my full brutal force. Clearly I haven't learned that 90 ≠ 160 and furthermore Air's haxx shield got in the way. The match was sealed and a new Master was born.[23:28:23]

I had a bit of an off draw, drawing 5 of my Dragons early but nothing to quint them with. I go looking through my deck for something to protect my dragons with while he starts hitting me. He eventually plays momentum on a Sky Dragon, which combined with his UGs eat through my health.

In hindsight I was probably too tentative with my dragons.

This one was battle of the fail draws. I didn't draw any wyrms for a long time, but Hyroen was sitting on a single pendulum, so he wasn't doing much either. Eventually I got a wyrm and started buffing it, and managed to win because Hyroen never saw Wings.

I expected he'd go back a UG deck of some sort, so I decided to bring the only PC I had available. He dropped an early Mind Flayer, and I never managed to draw an EE to snipe it with, so my hand was basically dead.

I got a very nice draw with 5 pendulums and his was a bit slow, so I got going much faster than he did. After he got a decent sized wyrm I just TUed that instead.

We both got reasonably quick starts, but he had a Fog Shield and it blocked enough damage to given him the win.

I decided to bring back my stall and it payed off. The raw damage output of Hyroen's deck just wasn't enough to eat through all my health.

I decided to stick to the same deck, which payed off. He couldn't really OHKO me through my shield, so I just stalled him out.

Hmm... after seeing Hyroen's bans and the fact that he has 3 air nymphs (i think), I thought he was going to win the entire thing with Unstable Gases. Maybe if he went there, he could've actually won the whole thing, unless QT was spamming earthquakes.

Anyways, finally gets a righteous Master who would bring back the element to its former glory. Congratz to QT and gg to both of you.

Despite air being one of the elements I don't use too often (except wings, I absolutely love that card), my predictions based on bans rang true, Hyroen did go far UG decks, QuantumT did go for wyrm decks, and QT won
