As WM's can only go by what decks are posted, I'd say that there is an issue with this Mastership...
IMO, it would be a great disservice to the community to have an elements Master's title clouded in uncertainty.
I believe that one of the major concerns of those trying for Mastership should be very deligent record keeping...
I hope that this issue can be resolved in a manner that is in all fairness to those involved and to the community.

Gonna be honest, technically nilsie did not break any rules, but I think Lax deserves the win here. The reason i say this is because nilsie never posted his decks for masters tourney. IMO, nilsie should not have received points from Phase 2, however the rule regarding posting decks apparently only applied to "challengers" not masters.
