GGs. Reverse sweep. Had to give the noob some hope to make the inevitable defeat more crushing when victory was so close to grasp. I had an illegal deck game 7 initially because I forgot about the free bans we sent in, but www3 let us replay. I did at least win that illegal game though, so I still never lost after going 0-4 to start. But still, big thanks to www3 for the sportsmanship.

Didn't expect to face a water deck myself. Almost went with his deck actually, but obviously this was a quick loss with early squid shutting down the first nymph queen.

This is maybe the most unfortunate match up. I was pretty confident in poison beating anything he had, but then a pure dial bolt came. I probably should've checked bans and played this on odds. I also just copied this code from my last year's trials which had different bans lol. So that's why no sosac.

Mono fire not quite good enough here. Terrible pillar start also, 16 quanta sources I think and I drew 2 at the start.

Titans was a nice deck from www3. Not fast enough to beat it. Also had a bad start this game as well.

Misplayed this game by forgetting to click a phoenix on turn 2. Almost cost me, but luckily www3 misplayed and wasted a deflag early.

Good old frog splash. I really don't get why others don't play this more often. 4 frog with life mark is splashable into any mono from any element and just adds so much speed.

Mirror match up. I had a better hand. Upgrades definitely helped also. Serprex said in stream that I should've upped aether pends instead of fractal. But I'm running more fractal and most of the time I'm drawing fire pends as my quanta, so upgrading fractal is definitely way better.

I hate unstable gas because it's so broken. So I used it for a nice win. Definitely a close match up though, and I had to play pretty perfectly to pull it off as well as get a bit lucky that there was no bolt win coming. Fog also was super nice. Blocked just enough.

Another G9 sopa win. Didn't need sopa though, the control from squids + freeze was simply too much to deal with. Freeze shutting down ability usage is also huge because it stopped golden nymphs from potentially snatching the win.
