Tower Shield was great against Scarabs, but he managed to swarm and buff his Scarabs just enough before I could properly setup.

Got an early Arsenic. BWs and Sundials prevented him to ever OTK me. Played pretty conservatively in case of Deflags and Silence, but it worked out.

This became pretty easy when kaempfer never drew his SoPa. I still had a pretty good draw, so doubt he'd make it anyway.

Monotime is very very good. My extremely quick start made it impossible for him to keep his meatshield alive, after that one got out of the way nothing could hinder my army of ghosts.

Lost in the mirror match. His upgrades, coin toss win and fast draw in conjunction was impossible to cope with.

Had a nice opener with triple SoV. He exploded one, but when I could steal his HG a couple of turns later I picked up too much tempo for him to handle.

Monotime is still very very good... but so is kaempfer's Dark Domin. He got 5(!) early devourers which meant I just couldn't keep up in the damage race after a well timed Nightmare. Got him to 4 HP before I lost, which meant a 9th and final game...

This is it. Convinced kaempfer would counter SoV Dials, soI didn't go with the obvious pick. SoFo pull works against a well variety of decks, and although his poison passes GP, my deck was simply just a tad bit too quick.

Procrastinating and then trying to be fancy wasnt necessarily the best approach and the new limited repeat elements crippled me more than expected. Deserved victory for Oa though.

Heh, this actually won. I had big enough scarabs before he could play enough octopi to keep them in check. come to think of it playing 2 octos at once is probably the worst play; sor will eat both and in case of no sor its best get them online asap

If i had expected the repeat 1 puri would have changed everything. Given that i didnt draw sopa in 19 cards, i probably would have lost anyway though

silence chained after he got enough quanta for hope; very early dune likely would have sealed the deal already, but that was just there because i refuse to not play it when i already use a buff deck

expected the deck but didnt test properly and didnt acount for steal not being banned in odds either. Wanted to have some fighting chance in case he used anything else, so i didnt just go rush+ deflag.

I couldnt really afford to leave myself open to SoV, but all known working counters other than that entro deck i have used up. would have faired better if I just reran the previous dec k i think; although it might also prove to slow(but it counters sov reliably even if it didnt come in the end). my gravity deck is a force to be reckoned with after all with trial ups.
