Good games, Aves! Well played.

I built this as a general sweeper for this battle, banning Drain Life and Steal from Aves meant he only had a handful of answers to this deck.
6HP Obsidian Dragons gave me the advantage against Aves' Lightnings, but I was still behind in the damage race for quite some time. After trading Dragons for several turns, I managed to get a high-powered Siphon off to keep myself out of Dragon+TU+TU range, and took the win with 38HP remaining.

With 35 upgrades at my disposal, I knew I had to field something like this. Even found use for the two Purple Nymphs I upgraded before joining the community.
Very uneventful stall vs. stall game, was simply a case of waiting to draw my Siphons - nothing Aves could do here.

Thought Aves would predict the same deck from me again, and I expected him to either bring Reflectives or an SoV stall - made the right call, nothing he could do here either.

One of my absolute favourite deck archetypes, and definitely my favourite Nymph's Tears duo out of all the Elements - a gorgeous combination of fast and heavy damage, bulky creatures, great general survivability, and some nice utility with Steals.
Even at 18 quanta in a 30 card deck, I still managed a 1-pendulum draw here - Aves playing Liquid Shadows to lobotomize my first two Queens drastically slowed down my damage, but ultimately ended up helping me more than harming me, and I took the win with 65HP remaining.

Slight modification from my game 1 deck, swapping two Steals out for two Daggers for a little more aggression.
I'd intentionally built more quanta into this deck expecting heavy Devourer abuse - a poor quanta start against a turn 1 Pest in game 5 had me worried, even to the point where I stole a Tower in case more came out, but thankfully he didn't play any more against me. Once I reached 20 Darkness quanta, I took control of the board with Siphons and started playing my own Dragons for the win.
Thanks for the match, Aves - you're always a fantastic opponent to play against, and a great sportsman. You had some bad luck playing against counters here, but you played well, I certainly don't think this should have been a 5-0.
Hoping to see you keep representing Darkness - despite this loss, I hope you know that you most certainly do the element proud.
