Sloow win. He played some sort of 40 cards deck, Dusk, Stilleto, Nymph army (ugh, I think he Fractal'd them) and Syphons. Was slow, but I won after finding my HL's (all 6 in the last 10 cards).

33 card deck, he popped out 2 Vamps fast, I HL'd them, he only Dusk'd and Syphon'd my crits once. He did get lucky with an epic hax (4/4), but he forgot to Syphon my Arch's next turn so I won.

He used a 32 card deck. Pests, Steals, Vamp Dagger. Denial early made by 5!! freaking Steals in the first 10 cards. It was a long struggle, my MG vs his Dagger, my HL's vs his Pests. I think my single Mirror which came up in the 2nd turn. I kept all my damage in hand so he didn't get free healing (to deck me out) and OTK'd him when he was at 37 HP.

Meh, HL kills, and dragons is just too much damage. I have a better solution come the finals if I can boss the top of the rejects.
Some good counter strat by xdude on game 3.

Darkness is really outweighed by Light in damage and healing. Steal Darkness power card is denied by lights tools and darks cc is weak. Normally dark could make up this gap with another element, but the rules prohibit.

Also, note the bans. I think this is the game with the most interesting while also useful bans bans (Recluse was a fail ban )

I'm surprised kael didn't use cloaks. If I was banning light dragons in his place and leaving HL avaliable, I'd have brought cloaks and gargoyles (that way they can petrify )
