:gravity ~ On it's way to a winning streak. ~ :gravity

In-Element:

Ginyu 4 - 0 Captain Scibra (6th by forfeit)

Spoiler for elements:
Seriously, where are you? I wanted to earn those wins. "Used" Mono, :death :earth :water. Elements remaining :time :death :earth :water :darkness :air

Ginyu 3 - 1 montrossen (3rd match)

Spoiler for decks:

I got almost any quanta within the first half of my deck, some BH, but almost no damage. Would have lost by a turn without the in-element Fractal ban.

Whatever he wanted to play, my early Discord setup, paired with some BH and a Nymph, didn't allow him to play anything but 5 Pends. Easy win.

He could play Disco first, what was really annoying. Fortunately, he didn't draw too much early damage, so once I had Disco and Nymph up, the game was equal. I was lucky he didn't get a BH the turn after I played my Nymph. In the end, it went extremely close, I won by a turn with some good RNG here.

Anti-DBH vs. DBH: 4th LOSS

Yes, I called it Anti-DBH. Guess to what it lost to? Right, it's stated above. 4 or 5 creatures after maybe 3 turns, eventually 4, beat me down so fast that I couldn't do much. A Miracle could have saved me, but with just one copy, I can't blame RNG here (at least not mine, his was just perfect). Loss.

Some nice games, unfortunately, RNG screwed a lot here. I lost two games I should have won, and won a game I should have lost. But man, that is Elements. Would be boring without it, eh?

You might think Sanctuary counters BH. Well, not as long as BH doesn't allow Sanc to pull off. Damage stacked pretty fast and pushed him down.

Three raged Guards put down an Armagio, so, while he could play a Miracle this time, there wasn't anything he could've done.

His deck was obviously not meant to be competetive. Could have become interesting against a "real" Mono-Gravy.

Now, Dm pulled off DBH. I managed to get Dev's out before Discord, thought it wouldn't have been enough in the long run. Dm, however, didn't get a Disco out, so Chargers beat him down. RNG Win.

This went pretty close in the end, where I ended up with 30 HP, 4 Poison counters and Bone Dragon + 2 Recluses on her field. Realizing she could win with both Poison and a creature as a top-deck, I decided to put a 23 HP Chimera up. In case of an extra creature, I would've died anyway, but so I could win against - what she indeed drew - a Poison. 16|1 Chimera finished to the win.

A relatively good match-up for me as my Guards were resistent to her CC and the Forest Spirit grew, thanks to momentum, out of Pot Range, so she had to use two CC cards to bring it down. Her Recluses got beaten by Holy Light, while her Long Sword (with 2 Poison) poked me to 17 HP, however my Guards and a Shrieker finished her off.

Not the best match-up here, actually a good counter, but she got quanta-screwed in the beginning, while I could set up a blessed Oty early to poke her step by step. Sanc blocked Silences she might had, and the few Recluses were eaten fast. All in all, even a sudden attack with all Spiders + Fractal couldn't have beaten me down due to Sancs, Miracle and several hungry Oty's. RNG win.

Good match-up for me. Charger dealt damage step by step while BH drained her :fire quanta once it was enough for a Pot. Don't remember if she could kill one, maybe, but in the end, this was the only real easy win in this match.

Very well played, Puff!

BH took care of his little bit of :time quanta (just one pend with mark), while 3 Chargers and a Guard hit him down.

With banned Arsenic in his deck, this was an auto-win, however we played it out and I won anyway. My Holy Light killed his first Grey Nymph, what bought me enough time for a setup. His next went close after and, with the help of Viruses, poisened the hell out of my creatures, but I won by 1 turn in the end. His deck was really interesting and fun to play against.

Good match-up with healing vs. poison. We both got very bad draws, as we both couldn't play an Otyugh/Chrysaora early. His creatures came first, but didn't survive very long. Oty's don't fear Skull Shield too much, and neither does Titan. I ended up with 42 HP, 24 poison counters and 4 Sancs, so not too close.

This might have been a win for him if he had included some Recluses to finish me in the last turn. However, without them, SS just delayed his death, with me winning by 1 turn.

My draw looked great at the start, all upgraded quanta, two creatures and one or 2 BH's. However, after one more, my creature supply ended there for the rest of the match. Thanks to BH, I could bring him down to 2 HP, but he could recover as my creatures got killed. One creature in 2 turns would have been enough. RNG loss.

I love this deck. He thought a lot via chat what I might bring up; he feared Dims the most. Oh well, his reaction after my PU was great. Heavy speed and Chargers laughed at Skull Shield. 6 TTW.

I thought this was gonna be a good match-up, but as I saw his super-draw that finished me in 6 turns, I changed my mind. Could have been a lot closer with just a little less speed so my Pots could have ripped more than one of his Shriekers off.

He ran out of elements, here. :( For the fun, we still played and he used a Nymph's-Tears-Duo countering the Bow I was going to bring up. Holy Light came to late and killed the Nymph when it didn't matter anymore. We desynched in the end and I couldn't finish my game, but I needed two specific cards in two turns to win; and the chances were low. He won on his end. It makes me feel bad I still get a win here, but as he stated, it was actually impossible for him to keep :water so long, and it would've been another match-up with a better standing for me.

Thanks for some good games, rob!
