He got a turn 2 Discord which got some good scrambling at first. I managed to steal it and troll his quanta for a while with that and 3 Devs. He got a second Discord out which managed to mess my quanta just enough. First time taking me to 19 so I couldn't Siphon his Lycan and then not leaving me with enough for a Dragon on my last turn which would have won it. If I'd won the toss here I think this might have been my win too. Close game. 0-1

Another coin toss for him. He got a first turn Dagger. However I had a 3 Dev draw which was enough to take him out of it. His Warden slowed me down and I was worried his Dagger might just kill me by itself, but I eventually started drawing damage and it was ok. Having the better draw in a mirror match is so important. 1-1

That had worked so well I thought I'd try it again. I lost the toss again and this time had no Devs in my opening hand. My first Gargoyle was frozen and his were BB'd. He started getting some good topdecks; A Dagger, lots of pillars to counter my Earthquakes and what must have been nearly every Freeze in the deck. It was too much control and he just out damaged me. 1-2

I thought there was a good chance he'd bring Siphonary here and so brought this. The Thunderstorms were in case of Devtal/Vamptal. Most of this game was our Daggers trading damage. I had 96 damage in hand for ages and was worried he might be waiting for a OTK of his own. I finally drew a 5th Dragon and was able to get the kill. I had a Steal in hand in case of Dusk but he never drew it. 2-2

He drew a huge amount of quanta to start which had me worried. I didn't have a great draw at first, drawing all my Darkness sources early and not much Aether. I stole a few of his pends to try to speed up my Fractal and slow him down. I eventually got some Fractals going and I think he quit once I stole his Dagger. I had a Vamptal available about a turn later. I'm not entirely sure what he was playing here as all I saw was a Dagger and a few Lightnings so I assume he had a bad draw and my Devs did some good quanta stealing. 3-2

He stole my discord after 2 turns because i didnt troll him enough to get him out of a steal. And then HIS discord trolls the living shit out of me, for most of the game.

There i had horrible draws at first, but at some point i started topdecking perfeectly until the end of the game, something like 6 perfect topdecks in a row.

What he forgot to mention is all his devs barely ever stole any aether quanta. They stole all my darkness. He never once let me over 12 darkness quanta, or this was my win.
