What started as a nice opening (early Poseidon) turns ugly as I ended up drawing only three non-Permanent cards and he's using GrabBow XD

I must note that my modding notes for this deck explicitly states "Swap Arctic ups with 2/2 P/P ups if you suspect denial" (copied verbatim). But I must also note I didn't expect he's going to deploy Serpentine XD
I managed to have three Arctics on board (1 native, 1 from TU-ing the native, and the last one TU (or was it PU? I didn't really remember it, haha ^^;) from his Arctic after both my Arctics had a bottle of Basilisk Blood shoven into their mouths) by the time the game ended. Needless to say, it wasn't enough.

I know, TouhouWiki translated the spellcard as Judgement "Cleansed Crystal Judgement -Aya Shameimaru-", but they're writing people's names consistently in the 'given name-family name' format (while Japanese names are natively written 'family name-given name') and Aya is the one being judged in the spellcard.

The other day (suffice to say it was after bans were arranged), I found it's possible to mold a Disquake into Rainbow-compliant Trial of Water deck (Yes, a Disquake. This deck started its life as a modification to that Disquake). A turn two Discord, his so-so quanta draw, and two Black Holes (I know I can never cast a third Black Hole, hostile Discords notwithstanding, with this; I just wanted draw consistency) decides that no Wings is coming out (and even if he did manage to equip one, I think I was holding two Explosions in my winning hand) and I'm taking this game home XP

Upgrades used: 4/4 non-P/P permanents (two Arsenics, two Skull Bucklers), 2/2 spells (Nymph's Tears), 6 free ups for one more Skull Buckler, one Water Tower, one Water Pend, and three Death Pends.

Apparently, his idea of 'cramming RoL/Hope into Trial-of-Water-compliant deck' is based on the assumption that I'm going to Serpentine him. The problem with that? My brew of Serpentine at that time used two Earthquakes to get past the 25% off-element requirement, and Earthquakes were banned this match. I was thinking of either using this or something involving Darkness. And then there were late-game DC after I have a few Nymphs running all over my place. I ended up winning both sides (Here's my cap, in case you're interested).

Discord Massivly trolled. It was a good deck from Bas, but took him so long to win I really should have reached the 4 quanta needed for Wings. I even managed to Ice Bolt/Shockwave his first Discord, but it was instantly replaced.

ERGH. I was certain, without a shadow of a doubt, that he was going to bring Earth with Poseidon. I had planned on fractal Dims for this match, but that would have been destroyed by an early Poseidon. Instead, I built what I believed was a perfect counter to serpentine.
But somehow, he decided to use Death Splash Nymphs, and the Aflatoxin/Skull Shield destroyed my chances.
