Very nice, close games for the most part.

I managed to play my Dim Shields early but it took me forever to draw a Dragon. Didn't need to play a SoR (didn't draw one either) as I had 40+
by the time my Dragon had finally hit the field. His Scorpions managed to get 4 Poison on me before my chain of Shields arrived and there was just nothing he could do. 1-0

I thought seeing the same mark from the previous duel might throw him off, but unfortunately I met Discord this time which really messed things up here. I held back my lone Frog in my hand as I still didn't know if his deck had CC in it; if I hadn't made this move then I might have been able to squeeze in the damage I needed to win. Never did get a chance to Fractal anything and I was forced to play a Silence last turn to make it seem as if my deck hadn't failed completely. 1-1

I really like this deck, but its inconsistency here has caused me to reconsider using it. I managed to play one Adren'd Shortbow, a Druidic Staff and a Green Nymph, but I never did pull a 2nd Flying Weapon in those 15 cards I drew from my deck. 1-2

There was a lot of luck that went into this duel, let me tell ya. I about cried when I saw the mark and my opening hand. I assumed that he was either planning on using Otys or Chargers and either of those spelled doom against my hand of 1 Druidic Staff, 1 Permafrost and 6 Pends. It took me a while before I managed to draw a Forest Spirit and he had me down to very little HP with his Chargers and Dragon before I saw my first Octopus. But after I drew that one card the duel suddenly turned around completely. I came back from 5HP by Congealing everything that hit the field. Permafrost started working in my favor. I didn't want Adrenaline to catch me off guard, so I decided to use my multiple Octopuses to reset the Congeal counter to 4 for every creature. Miraculously, I won. 2-2

Back to the first deck. Fire mark had me slightly concerned, but I had already devised this deck to function as a Stall/Rush in certain circumstances, so the idea of PC didn't bother me. Played 1 Dim Shield to verify he was using Deflags/Explosions and he was. With that in mind, I played my first Dragon, waited a turn, and then Mitosis'd + SoR'd it next turn to make use of that now nearly useless
quanta. I had exactly 40 damage on the board prior to playing Mitosis + SoR on another Dragon. His Dragons just weren't able to keep up with my speed; I managed to win this damage race. 3-2
Awesome games, good luck during the rest of Phase 3 and 4!
