Saw early QP and knew he was a Graboidbow, though a pretty unorthodox one. My starting draw consisted of Pillars/Pends and 4 Dragons, and I top-decked a 5th Dragon soon after. With those useless card in hand I didn't stand much of a chance, barely drew any Sancs and he managed to seal away my only chance of victory by getting his one Nymph before I could draw either of mine.

Not a favorable matchup for me, being afraid of RTs shutting down my main damage (Looking at his deck that wasn't a threat at all) but EQs sealed my fate this game. I tried to save pends as best I could without being so slow as to auto-lose, but I simply couldn't draw enough of them, or any EAs until it was too late. I had enough BBs in hand that I could have halted his damage for quite a while with an EA, but didn't have the quanta to play even them. I drew an EA on my final turn, around card 15.

I was confident in my ability to win this game, seeing as he didn't have any access to PC and I could likely just chain until he decked, but it proved to not be so. An extremely early Fractal on his part (Turn 3 or 4) forced me to start the chain earlier than I would have liked, and so it ended earlier than that too. I made a sort of mistake early on, for some stupid reason thinking he might have silence (For some reason, 95% of the forum believes it's a bad card, just like with Warden) and played a Dimshield a turn earlier than I needed to (When my current shield was at 1 counter. Had he any Silenced, he could have played them when it was at 0 counters and OHKO'd me) He played a Dimshield, and I knew he didn't have Silence. It ended up not mattering, since my final 2 Shields were both in the last 4 cards and he was allowed to get in enough free hits to end it.
