I'll post match summaries when johannhowitzer has finished his games.
Somehow still around, somewhat

Not giving anything away either, but this was an epic matchup with an anticlimax at the end.  First two games were near-perfect counters on my part, next 3 games he had the perfect counters.  Last game was forgone conclusion from turn 4 or 5.  Can't say I'm disappointed to fare so well against a seasoned tournament/league player, considering that I've never been in a tournament!

Seeing Entropy mark, I delayed my creatures and milked weapon for a while, then laid everything out and pushed through for the kill.

This was a very close game!  He had me in single digit HP for a very long time before I finally rolled him back up and gained the lead.  Any worse draw and I'd have been toast early.

Could not get Gravity Shield out fast enough, and he was smart enough to avoid blessing his Pegasi.  Fairly even match, but I got outdrawn.

Played a decoy RoL/Hope to try and shake him, but this was a perfect counter.  Antimatter is brutal against a lot of Light decks; Dm made good use of it in last Trials.  Phase Shields worked like a charm and I didn't let him Antimatter me, but since I was forced to delay my damage to prevent Antimatter, the Shields ran out and he got through.

The number of times in this Trials I have said "of all the decks I could face"!  Oh, gosh.  Just a perfect counter here, no way around it.  My full stall deck has not fared well this Trials; bucky outstalled it, and RR played a firebolt deck against it.  Anticlimactic, as I said... and nothing I could do.

It was always best of 5, just a clarification on kev's part I believe.
You're just as selfish as I am. You're just not as good at it yet.

There was a short period where the battle phase rules were copy pasted from before and were listed as 3 games at the top and 5 at the bottom.  I think it was edited within an hour but you may have been caught at that time.

Yeah I definitely remember it saying "best of 3"; I doublechecked.  Oh well.  I don't mean to be a poor sport; RR won fairly and with skill - just curious.

Originally it seemed like the Challenger battles were best of 3 and the Master ones were best of five, but I think that was just a typo that kevkev clarified.
Carpe Diem!!

I wish I could've been around to watch these.  These are some of the more intriguing Trials battles to me, so I eagerly look forward to the decks and synopses.

After Light trials finish, I will be posting the decks I used - RR probably will too.
