EDIT: This is the reason why I won't be joining any future trials. A master needs to know how to PvP, and read rules on deckbuilding. I can't do both apparently, as I used Ghosts in ALL 4 of my idiotic matches. Ugh. I'm a moron.

Kuro's version used a single Nightmare, first of all.

Secondly, this is Time against Time.  Steal is powerful.  Devourers are good.  Cloak is OK.  Vampdagger is quite decent.  Ghostmare is terrible.

 I admit I haven't noticed the single Nightmare Kuro used, but still you don't play a Ghostmare with just a single Nightmare. However, a Time deck which uses Gotp with a Darkness mark usually leaves a feeling that Ghostmare is going to be used, which is often enough to prevent your opponent from leaving his hand without any cards at all. About Ghostmare being ineffective in Time Vs Time mathces, I can't say for sure, but I can say for sure than Ghostmare is in general a powerful deck.
 What I've said wasn't an insult. I actually find clever any deck which manipulates the morale of their opponents to its advantage and the fact you've run 'Ghostmare' without Nightmares is generally a good trick.

I think you missed the point cheesy was making. If you use ghostmare against an opponent who is using time, your opponent can just play all the ghosts you just gave him...
