I thought kev might go for a stall - I didn't think he'd go damageless, this game was over before a single card was played - lucky deck choice = WIN!

This might be the most thought provoking match I've had in a long time - we desynched the first game and I was one quanta short of playing wings before he could hit me with neurotoxin in the second. I spent ten turns hiding behind wings and milking the damage out of my Owl's Eye, hoping to draw a third Wings. As it was I was one turn short of the win, I was forced to use three shockwaves when the wings came down, and was one dragon short of the win after that. GG's kev, thought provoking match, even if you did spend most of the match telling me I needed to play more cards.
Just realized I forgot to include upgraded cards in this deck - hmmm - oops!Game #3 = LOSS!Hover over cards for details, click for permalink

I spent a good chunk of time playing around with Mutation decks, cause I really wanted to play it at least once during trials. This is what I came up with, and wow did I get stomped I think I did two damage before I died.

Not a blazingly fast deck, it manages to slow many of the rush decks out there with its own control, I had a bit of luck and a reasonable draw to get the win in this game.

I was really nervous picking a Liquid AntiMatter build for game five - there is lots that it fails against, but with the addition of dragons it carries a bit of a punch on its own. I managed to get only one dragon in play and we toyed back and forth antimattering it or other CC - but his damage never hit the table and in the end dragon, duck and vamp dagger won the day.
