10 had lots of quanta so he basically rushed me to death.  Never drew any Bonds, but I doubt it mattered. 1-0

Based on 10's element choices I figured I'd be seeing a Grabbow of some sort.  I wasn't disappointed.  Never did manage to draw any Heals, but I barely managed to out-damage him anyways.  Also, I'd assume his deck has Purifies in it, but they never showed up if he did.  1-1

Seeing as how 10 had a starting hand of nothing but Towers/Pends I'd dare say he predicted me to use Discord here.  Managed to play a Discord which was completely useless due to the absurd amount of quanta he was producing, but I still barely managed to out-damage him in the end even with Eternity rewinding things for a while.  2-1

I doubt this outcome would have changed much if Eternity hadn't been used again here, but eh...  Aim was to deck him out using SoB if he went for a Dims + Fractal combination kill since I figured he'd be drawing a lot with Hourglasses if he did.  Unfortunately I had completely neglected to account for GotP being played earlier than had the threat of CC existed which meant he didn't need to wait as long before winning through damage output.  I had about 3 Poison counters on him before he started chaining Dims, so winning by damage really wasn't an option for me here.  I believe he was down to 2 cards before I lost. 3-1

Sorry that things ended this way 10, but I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed each of these games quite a bit.

According to this post, no.  The only restriction is that no more than 4 elements can be declared.
