Yeah, but you were told to write about 200 words per item. You only did about 200 total.
 If you were an A* english student, and you handed in a D grade piece of work, you wouldn't get an A* because "I was doing some other work."

Rules specifically stated that you have to write 200+ words. I even wrote it with yellow text so that nobody would miss it.

You said "ill be updating after school" so I assumed you were going to add some more stuff at the last minute but you never did.

Situations like this really suck but there's nothing I can do. Rules were clear but you didn't follow them. If I gave you full points, it wouldn't be fair because others had to write 200+ words.

Now I could give you a couple of points for your effort but that wouldn't help you because you need all 5.

totally agree with that: rules are rules, BUT 4 would be enough, cause he won phase 3 so a tie would be enough

Considering he did a third of the amount needed maybe he should get a third of the points (which isn't enough) but I guess that applies to some other people who didn't do the entire thing.....

Hm.. you are right about that. I didn't check his word count. I only checked yours because it was so clearly below 200.

Well, the rules are very clear on this. There are two options:
Completed = 5 points
Not completed = 0 points

Neither of you two wrote 200+ words, so neither of you will get any points unfortunately.

Let me clarify that it starts on Friday but runs for a week. So the battles may take place any time during that week.
