because all the people in fire chose the same 3 tasks, so their unlocks are identical.  so they were all "copy pasted:"

*update* added banlists to the info post (second post).  As soon as all lists are received for an element, the ban list will be published for that element and in-element duels may begin.

So i'll send 1 card from each element and if some other people also choose them, they will be banned for the trialists of that element in their in-element matches ? is that it ?

I think you have it correct, but so we are super clear here is how it works for

you send 1 card from each element. 
Vang sends 1 card from each element
glenn's sends 1 card from each element
TrOs have a list of 1 card from each element. (because there are 3 competitors in fire)

any card on at least 2 lists is banned for all Fire vs Fire matches.

these bans do not affect any off element duels (eg. they do not affect fire vs darkness matches)
these bans do not affect any in-element duels for any element other than fire

Alchemy bans count as 1 ban.  So you could list Amber Nymph and Titan. 

Do note that since Alchemy Card and Nymph are interchangeable listing both would constitute repetition.

added clarification to off-element duel rules:
Because Alchemy Cards and Nymphs are interchangeable per Deck Building Rules above, Alchemy Cards of your opponent's in-element cannot be banned in off-element duels because that would constitute banning an in-element creature for your opponent.

This is a clarification of the interaction between: Any Banned Nymphs/Alchemy cards means the corresponding Alchemy Card/Nymph is also banned AND You may only ban 1 card from your opponent's element, and it may not be a creature.
