The pre-betting odds are based solely off the upgrade differential, and you have 73% of the upgrades in your match.  The final odds will also take into account the bet %.

This betception minigame is a bit self-defeating. Those who posted their bets ealry on this could influence the decisions of people betting later, i.e. I could deliberately bet against these now...

Sure you could.  but changing your actual bets (for a chance at 10k) in order to defeat people at a minigame that is literally only for fun seems a little weird.

No one knows.  So it really doesn't matter.  It's just fun.

Actually no... you'd have to know what the current bet counts are to meaningfully bet in a way that hinders their guesses.  since any bet you place may actually be helping them... you don't know which of your bets bring the totals closer to the odds or further from the odds or widens the bet gap or closes the bet gap or which underdog has the most votes so you can bet against them...

So yeah, your criticism of my harmless fun minigame is sort of baseless.
