Phase 2: Master BattlesRules- Double elimination tournament
- Matches are best of 5
- Decks can be changed after each game. If there is a desync, the decks must stay the same. If it is obvious that a game will never end (e.g. if both players have zero net damage output -- where they can both heal off the damage done each turn easily -- and will never deck out, and both players have no means of breaking the stalemate), the result of that game is nulled and voided -- there is no winner and no loser for that game. Both players have the option of switching decks for the next game in the match.
- Any deck size
- Up to 40% rounded down upgraded cards.
- Up to 9 off element cards per element (quanta included)
- Decks must be at least 60% in element (quanta included)
- Other cards are considered in element
- You are not allowed to use your element's opposite element (IE Master of Fire can't use water cards)
- You can only use an element once. If you use a card from an element, you use that element. If you use time mark but no time cards, time mark/cards can be used next game.
- If you use an off element in game 1, you cannot use its opposite until game 5. If you use an off element in game 2, you cannot use its opposite until game 4.
- You can use up to 4 shards in game 3.
Masters must post their decks immediately after each match. For the record, if you didn't know:
