Yes they do but SG stated in some previous event that they will be counted as in-element, and that's how they're counted here.  That's why I mentioned them.

So if Kuroaitou beats PlayerOA we will have a sudden-death tie break. What happens if he does not?

Duels are best-of-five and start right now.  Play your opponents in any order you wish.  Ties will be broken first by head-to-head.  A sudden-death match will only occur if there's a three- or four-way tie.

If PlayerOa defeats Kuro, I believe that 10 men would win.  Keep in mind, this bears no official weight whatsoever.
