Random spam is always bad and will be moderated and removed. The post limit is for making sure the challengers are known people, rather than someone random. Since Master is more a forum title more than anything the post count was introduced. Unknown is unliked o: (and we do have this voting phase)

How will phase 4 work for elements without a master, or master went AFK (not even in the master's tournament)?  Will the best challenger after round 3 gain the title, no final battle needed, or will the top two challengers fight against each other in the phase 4 battle?
