This deck is where things went the other way. If I had used SoW to power flying glories, I would have had a shield-breaker last round. Unfortunately, my fear of him playing a rush involving grabiods and ghosts got the better of me. Note to self: don't make last minute changes to a good deck while under pressure.(Also I only have 5 glories total, so given that it was a very close game, that may have killed me too.

This one was pretty much certain, as he had Dims and I (foolishly) had no shield-breaker.
Amazing recovery Robb! I guess I should have expected as much from the doctor, though :P
Good Games!

Afdarenty 3 - 0 ji312jo

These were closer than the scoreline suggests. Good games, had fun with these.

Spoiler for Decks:
Game 1 (Win) vs DBHbow

There's a chance I replay this deck, so until our match ends... -Snip-
I started with Vamp Dagger and won the toss, so I got to play it before Discord. It ended up attacking 13 or so times, which was a huge health swing. The second or third turn of Discord left me with enough quanta to Drain Life his first SoFo. Had it not I'd have been locked down for far longer, and would have been without vamp dagger. As it was I had enough time to build up a quanta store to tackle SoFo, and out damaged with Eclipse + 1 Dragon.

Game 2 (Win) vs Gravity/Earth Domin

I was kicking myself for not including steals as soon as I saw his mark. I had a fairly quick draw with Discord, a Lycan and an early Gargoyle, however I lost the toss so Gravity Shield came before Discord, seriously hindering the damage I could put on him with my 2 Lycans. Discord does a great job, preventing a Plate Armor on my Gargoyle for three or so turns. Eventually jijo gets 1 Earth quanta and stops the Gargoyle and an Oty comes to snap up my Lycans. I keep chipping away at his health with Discord whilst building up creatures and Cloaks in hand. SoFo comes - I use 3 Discords to bait the charges, then kill him with the Gargoyle, Lycan and 2 Cloaks I had saved up. A very fun game, where the advantage changed many times.

Game 3 (Win) vs Swallow

Devtal seemed a good choice vs what he had left. I was worried about Otyugh, so added the 3 Bolts. 4 quanta start for each of us. Crucially won the toss here, had a bolt for his first Otyugh, and had just enough Devourers to lock him out of the game despite a Squid and an Otyugh on his side. Eclipse gave my Devourers one turn of protection from his Otyugh before SoP came out. Had I lost the toss jijo would have a second Squid out by the time I played Fractal, and would (I think) have narrowly avoided the quanta lock and won the game from there. A very strong draw for me in this one.

So I didn't know Serpentine was a river :P I thought it was one of the types of Snake movement, like Concertina. Hence, pseudo Serpentine is Sidewinding!

Game 1 he misclicked back button, and I lost by 2 HP vs AI. tbh this probably would've been an easy win for him, but we agreed to replay. Discord topdeck turn two (upped to boot) sealed the game tho, he had no chance after that.

He had no counters to this aside from a bad fire bolt duo, so played this to seal the game. Early permafrost/squid lock had me scared about bottomdecking chargers, but finally drew one at 11 cards left. Easily overpowered him from there.

dragonsdemesne - 3
mathman 101 - 2

GGs... I knew this match could go either way.  I guess I burned the worst of my RNG on hearthstone beforehand... (you wouldn't believe the things I saw there... or maybe you would :p)  Figured this one would come down to RNG, and all my draws except the first game were good or perfect.

Game 1: LOSS (squid/shard of patience used once each)

I got quanta flooded without an early otyugh; by the time I got one and ate everything, I had too much poison on me from adrenascorps.

Game 2: WIN (discord/antimatter used once each)

I thought I was screwed when my opening hand was 6 quanta and a nymph.  Then I topdecked discord.  Then I topdecked a dragon.  He got one scorpion out and then couldn't play any more cards thanks to amber/discord lock.

Game 3: LOSS (discord/antimatter used twice)

That went well, so why not again?  Well, because one adrenastaff and one jade shield absorb more damage than the entire deck can deal, that's why.  I had a reasonable hand, and his was very slow, but once he got that out, I conceded rather than deck out ~20 turns later.

Game 4: WIN (dimshield/fractal used once)

Boring deck, but it works.  I was worried he might bring PC in this game, but I figured that fractal chargers is still pretty fast, and even if he steals dims, they're useless vs chargers.  I had a perfect hand, 4 pends, one dimshield, one fractal, one charger.  He had 4 wings in his opening hand.  Took one round of hits from a scorpion, cockatrice, and owl's eye, then dimshield for the rest of the game with one poison counter.

Game 5: WIN (squid/shard of patience used twice)

I'm not totally sure what he was using here, since amber nymph wrecked his quanta.  Early otyugh ate the only two scorpions that appeared, and a nymph kept his quanta down.  The only cards he got to play were I think two scorpions, one adrenaline, and one deflag on my first shard of patience.

Round 2 has ended. Afdarenty received a 3-1 win by request of ji412jo. Puff received a 3-0 win because Herden5 was inactive.

Eliminations: Naesala, Discord, godisnowonline, jonathancrazyj, Physsion, qwerter, Herden5, ji412jo.
Somehow still around, somewhat
