I was fortunate to draw both Steals early. I kept his damage at bay, drained his squid, and used his SoP to ramp up my devourer damage. The server timed out, but won comfortably and dusk blocked just enough for me to win on his end.

vs Speed Poison
I drew an early dagger to keep the poison away, and 5-6 BB in 18 cards. Meanwhile he drew a good number of creatures, early arsenic, 3 bonewall and 6 freezes in the top 18 cards. I think I misplayed this one by not stealing his arsenic when I had the opportunity. Timed out, but I didn't have the damage to punch though his defence (only drew 2 creatures).

We replayed this one roughly a million times (including one game where he lost to my AI and I lost to his). Timed out on the final game too, but I drew discord early for the first time to give me a big lead and I had a cloak to shield me from his Squid/BB. Ended up winning by a turn on both ends.

I spent a long time thinking about this last match. Eventually settled on this. I had two early Daggers, one of which survived his deflag, drained his 6 hp steamer as well as any squid that popped up and outrushed his 15 hp one.

Blessed pegasi vs (cata?)Titans. Plain damage race here with a single-blessed Pegasus + Morning Star vs 3 titans. I won a turn before possible defeat, but I had a Miracle and the quanta for it ready at that exact turn too.

Lightning splash vs OD Dragons. He got a one pend start here. I was stupid to forget about the existence of Gravity Shield here, and used three lightnings on his OD Dragon. He blocks my 2 angels with a gravity shield, but I was fortunate enough to draw my other lightnings and used them on my angels to let them hit.

But it was PU-Dragons instead, vs Catatitans. Another 1-pend start for him. Damned gravity shield, but good thing I remembered it before I started using PU on my dragon (which came in late anyway). I started using them on his Titans instead. My HP got dangerously low, but he played Catapult too late to get that killing blow, and I topdecked a Miracle right after it.

Thoughts coming in: EQ available in EVERY duel against me will take some working around.  I'll go with a stall that can pack lots of pill/pend.
In-match: Bottom-decked the sixth Sundial which meant I lost by damage with 1 card in both mine and kirby's deck.  Would have had quanta (1 short at end) to Miracle then too and win.  Instead, loss.

Thoughts coming in: EQ is going to be a REAL pain to plan around every duel since Grabbows are near impossible to field without forfeiting the other duels in a match.
In-match: I went with EQ ('fight fire with fire'!) and kirby brings pillar-less Immo-golem Grabbow.  Kirby fields the wrong mark but in a show of how strong that pick was against my deck still won going away.

Thoughts coming-in: I cannot field grabbow as it uses up to many of my other deck at this point in the match.  I expect I'll face EQ.  That means only option left is quanta split which is hard with Time Lords being given just 4 upgrades.  I do it anyway.
In-match: I get a good draw missing only Nightmare but containing the desired quanta split.  I play quanta sparingly as needed which dekes kirby into holding EQ in-hand against single-stack quanta.  I get a few ghosts going and draw just one Nightmare but it sees me through against a marginal draw for kirby.

Thoughts coming-in: Maybe kirby won't go with EQ... maybe.  Quanta split (2+2, blech!) anyways and know he cannot bypass Dims so deckout is possibly an option.
In-match: Average draws both ways with quanta going down only as needed. I wait to play first Dim at 18 card in kirby's deck (deckout).  Titanium Shield and the third BB from kirby are MVP here as I come up 7 damage short of Fractal-ing for the win.  Sadly, that left me short of Aether to Dim-chain.  I lose.

This one was scary. I had a good amount of poison stacked and ji412jo had two flying titans and some catapults and we both had not all that much health. Then, the titans were flung, killing me and my internet connection, apparently, causing me to desync. I then proceeded to win against the rather dumb AI, but the victory was ji412jo's.

I really didn't think I'd win this one at first. The RNG wasn't being kind to either of us, but it more or less paralyzed ji412jo. Still, I won with only 2 HP. The heart condition was oncoming.

This one was also very close. I don't actually remember what happened though. The heart condition was beginning.

Same deck as game 3. Win this time, though. The RNG struck again, and ji412jo's nymphs refused to come up, and in any case my deck happened to be less susceptible to that strategy than most. However, I'm sure that wouldn't have saved me from the wrath of 5 gravity nymphs. The heart condition was progressing.

Game 5: Win

This one was kinda embarrassing; I wanted to have a fresh deck for the final game, since it was 2-2, but because my sense of time was playing weird shenanigans and I'm just slow anyway, I may or may not have taken 30 minutes making it and still didn't finish. (I realize my definition of "building a deck" may be a bit different than most people's. I also realize I have no maturity whatsoever and very little foresight.) So, I ended up using the same deck as the previous two times. The RNG once again intervened, and ji412jo had horrible drawing once again while I drew both of my morning stars before the tenth turn. A gravity shield rendered my dragons useless, but ji412jo drew no damage, so I ended up winning with a morning star alone while ji412jo humorously CC'd my rays of light. The heart condition became terminal.

So to recap, the RNG hates ji412jo, I am awful with time, and pvp is bad for cardiovascular integrity. My apologies for making this match more complicated than it should have been and the partiality of the RNG, but my thanks for an otherwise awesome round!
