NOTE: people with less than 30 forum posts are no longer allowed to enter tournaments.

Special Rules
Upgraded cards are not allowed.
Shards are not allowed.
Any card that can potentially deal more than 5 damage in one turn is banned.
All attack buff cards and Hope are banned.
