lighting bags of dog doo on fire.
Sorry, but why would people do this on halloween? I've never heard of anyone doing this. ???
The idea is to light a bag of poo on fire on the doorstep of someone's house, ring the doorbell, then run and hide. When the owner of the house comes to the door, he/she sees a flaming bag and proceeds to stomp out the flames, thereby splashing the poo all over the place.

Not my choice of amusing practical jokes, but there it is  :P
I see. Well as you both have your flags as US I'll assume that's something that goes on there. We don't do that in England (Thank God, I wouldn't want to be on the recieving end of this prank :)))
Yeah we're savages here.  Watch the fruitcake you get for Christmas too.
I'm clueless about this too. Alot of people assume that the USA and England are very similar in terms of traditions. I totally disagree.

Does that mean teenagers lighting bags of poo on fire counts as a tradition now? :P

If it's something done every Halloween, then yes it is a Halloween Tradition. (not all traditions are really old, if that's what your confused about. They're not all good or reasonable things either).

Basically, pranking occurs on Halloween, and lighting a bag of poo on fire is a prank. I don't know that poo lighting is particularly associated with Halloween.

Even so, pretty silly.

In either case, no flaming poo cards in this game. Or flaming monkeys that might engage in such activities. Silly pokémon...

It depends on your area.  Where I used to live, it was done almost every Halloween, but that's not the case where I live now (of course everyone down here is strapped, but that's besides the point).
