Rules

NOTE: people with less than 30 forum posts are no longer allowed to enter tournaments.

Special Rules
Upgraded cards are allowed, but not required.
Shards are not allowed.
If you use upgraded cards, your deck must not contain any of the 30 commonly used PvP cards.

You need 30 posts to play. You could probably get them in time though.

I thought I was going to be able to play in this one, but it looks like RL stuff will be taking over. For anyone who didn't play in Eastern, this one is really fun, because it allows newbies to build any unupped deck, while letting veterans build upped decks without being able to roflstomp the newbies every time. I won't give away my decks I used in eastern (after west is done I will if asked) but I won some of my games with unupped decks against fully upped ones, given these rules, so it's definitely a good balance.
