If you can't find it in the bazaar, it's rare.

No upgraded cards.
No rares are allowed. Here's a list of rares.
Changing deck between duels with the same person is not allowed.

your list of rare's is incomplete, your missing 13, unless we can use Nymphs and relics??
For newer players this could be very confusing.

Yes indeed, Dat's da truth Ruth! At the start of eastern Tournament I was like " So are Nymphs allowed?" , and Guess what I got? " Read the rules" and "It's in the rules thread" and yada yada. Well, BLEH. The only reference to nymphs is that they fall under the 'not sold in the bazaar' reference, which is the opinion of a non TO user actually, AND contradicts the information listed in the tournament description.

Not that it doesn't make sense that they are rare... it does... but that's not my point. MY point is: please don't imply that I am an inattentive noob putz when I ask a valid question.

The fourth sentence says "Nymphs, Mark cards and relics are considered rares as well, though the former two are extra rare."

Just because it doesn't show pictures doesn't mean it doesn't mention them.

Read the rules in the OP (they are hyperlinked),  but enter tourney room atleast 15 mintues before with a proper deck and your in.
