Special Rules
Upgraded cards are allowed, but not required.
Allowed cards will be revealed 15 minutes before the tournament starts.
All pillars and pendulums are allowed.

Last time I joined a speed deck building tournament, there wasn't any PC. That was a slow tournament. Hopefully this one will be more fun for me
