Special Rules
No upgraded cards are allowed.
Creatures with less than 6 health points (<6) are banned. Following cards are also banned: Antimatter, Chaos Seed, Mutation, Pandemonium, Gravity Shield, Earthquake, Basilisk Blood, Freeze, Ice Bolt, Ice Shield, Nymph's Tears, Flying Weapon, Eternity, Procrastination and Reverse Time.

You'll need to be in Tournament Room 1 of the Elements chat rooms ~15 minutes before the tournament start time.

Fireflies spawned from Firefly Queen are fine, but you can't have any standalone Fireflies in your deck.

Um, shouldnt most dragon be banned.  mean, other than aether, gravity, earth and light, all dragon have 10 ATK, 5 HP. The rules state creature have to have 6 HP plus to be allowed.

...which is exactly what happened. The creatures in the picture are the ALLOWED ones.
