NOTE: people with less than 30 forum posts are not allowed to enter tournaments.

Special Rules
Shards and upgraded cards are not allowed.
TO will reveal 12 legal decks 15 minutes before the tourney starts.  Decks used must be exactly the same as decks posted by the TO.
