Special Rules
No upgraded cards allowed.
Decks must contain at least 6 copies of the new cards.

I've just modified it during tourney just adding/removing some cards like  fog shield/deflagration/momentum...

I've seen some other people using a similar one...(like Higurashi), I've been lucky vs them...
