You have to change decks every match, so what I gather is you can go back to Deck 1 in Game 3.

Yes. Not every duel has to have a unique deck. You simply have to change it every duel. Hm. Actually, I'll have to add that you have to change Elements in the the duo-deck completely. Otherwise people might just adjust the same deck.

I didn't say I was going to do it, just wanted to know if it is ok to play only one deck then 

Edit: Also I am not too sure what you mean here. I can play anything between 30 and 60 cards right? I also have too put at least 10 cards of each opposing colour into one deck. So how do I have to add 20 cards when I decide to play a 40 card deck with 4 elements, respectively opposing each other, each element having 10 crads in the deck?

No idea why KDZ changed the rules without discussing it, throwing this off once more, but you would now have to have 13 cards of both Elements. 40/3=13.33. I moved away from percentages by changing it to a number of cards, but now we're back to this, and such a change was way too late to do. However, I am not going to change anything back, because then we'll never settle on anything.

you could build a mono with the old rules, you just add 12 darkness pendulums and bam you can make a deck with 48 light cards, this way its a bit more balanced, If you think the old way would be best, and others agree, sure you can change, i only changed the rules for the sake of balance.
