Special Rules
Upgraded cards are not allowed.
Decks must consist of three elements. No more, no less.
Card amount per element must be at least 25%.

Depends. If his "Mark of Gravity" or "Mark of Time" was actually a Card, not his original mark, then it's okay.

Nope, and I told you that in the game. By that time I hadn't asked about the rule in chat. Check chat history if possible. I lost both games with 10+ cards to see from my deck so please stop accusing. I would never risk the tournament for a card.
