If I live in Ontario Canada, will I be part of the eastern or western tournament?
Cause Ontario is part of eastern Canada, but Canada is on the west side of the world.
My Time Zone is EST (Eastern Standard Time) -5:00

For Ontario or any other Eastern NA residents, Western is usually on Saturday afternoon and Eastern on Saturday 1 AM or so. Western is much preferred.

Western is Western. Eastern is Eastern. They will be 12 hours apart. That pretty much sets 'em apart.

Nope, not with tourneys, you can join both if you want to. Maybe you mean leagues? I know that you can only join one league, but you can join both Eastern and Western Tournament.

Who can join a tournament?
There are no restrictions. Anyone from a beginner or a seasoned veteran is welcome to join a tournament! All you need is a valid game, forum and chat account.

It seems that there was some rule like that planned once and it was quoted in the first answer to ScaredGirl's rule post.

You can join either one of them depending on which time suits you best, but you can only join one tournament per week..

But the current version of the rules doesn't make you choose anymore.
