Special Rules
- Any mark
- Must have pendulums
- Deck must be a duo. (Your deck MUST be at least 1/3 another element, so you can have 20 darkness cards and 10 light card.)
- Deck have to contain at least 6 new cards (The new cards are Forest Scorpion, Dune Scorpion, Deathstalker, Voodoo Doll, Nightmare, Short Bow, Mindgate, and chimera)
Eg. 4 Dune Scorpions and 2 Short bows OR 4 nightmares and 4 Death stalkers.

If you mean "Other", no. It does not count as an element.

If I want to play the elements other than those with new cards, I've to pack 6 short bows. How sad is it.

Mm.. it's also too bad quantum pillars are not allowed. Makes Mindgate a right waste of time.

You could go Darkness/Aether, with steals (simply steal your opponents pillars pendula) and mindgates.

I don't know if I can participate in this tourney, but I have already made some nice decks.
Sad that you can't use 6 pendulums only, I have designed a very nice Darkness/Life deck:

This is one of those decks that have gotten really better with the introduction of pendula.

But in my pendula testing streak, this is my favourite (??'? = fire pendulum):

Well, I disagree, I once fought a Darkness/Aether with steals and Fractals (do, no vamptal or fractal devourer), which was also designed to steal the opponents pillars and than to fractal his creatures. I also contained some devourers, but they were not to fractal (yes, I asked). And I have to say, it was really annoying, because when I finally managed to bring out a creature (despite him stealing my pillars and devourers eating my quanta), he fractalled it and brought 8 of it.
