I started out with a weaker deck. As I played more in the tournament, I improved it. This is what I ended up with, and it seemed to work.
42 cards so I can use my hourglasses with little fear of decking out. 6 RTs for amazing CC. 3 fractals, 3 eggs. This is for a good balance because I usually don't hatch an egg until I've played a fractal.

I was really hoping an eggless deck would come out on top.

I used an eggless deck twice.
It was like the deck above, just without eggs.
The idea was that it would fractal the enemy's eggs instead of using its own eggs in order to save hand space.
Didn't work that well.

I found it difficult to make a deck for this tournament, and ended up missing it by accident anyway.
