I started out with a weaker deck. As I played more in the tournament, I improved it. This is what I ended up with, and it seemed to work.
42 cards so I can use my hourglasses with little fear of decking out. 6 RTs for amazing CC. 3 fractals, 3 eggs. This is for a good balance because I usually don't hatch an egg until I've played a fractal.
