Special Rules
No upgraded cards!
You must use the newest cards (gargoyle, wings, Steam engine, or pandemonium) and each deck has to use at least a total of 6 copies of those 4 cards. The rest may be any other cards of your choice.
Any cards may be used (unupgraded)
