Special Rules
- Players can only use non-upgraded cards. Upgraded cards are not allowed!
- Players will be given a list of cards 15 minutes before the event starts, and they can only use those cards for deck building
- You can use any number of pillars, pendulums and any number of any of the cards below within game limits.

this will seem to be 1 good tournament and then best thing is you really have to speed build and you don't know if the list could be all low monsters, 2 elements or anything. will you have to use the same deck each round or can you make more than 1 deck during the 15 minute rush?
