How about rather than debating on each individual card and if it is allowed or not, just say anything other than a pendulum which produces OR destroys quanta or quantum sources is banned?
a vague rule such as that have been used before....led to a whole mess of confusion
it wasnt pleasant for the Tournament Organizer to answer every friggin question regarding it later which is why specifying each banned card is a whole lot better
Yeah just like kobisjeruk said. I am amazed at the number of
idiotic imaginative questions people come with at most tournament even after reading the rules.
Here is one example; The rules were "-no upped cards" and "-no permanents besides pillars" and the ignorant fools comes with the questions like "can i use titan/farenheit/etc?" "can i use Shard of gratitude/random shield/etc?"

Sometimes, in the darkest moments I get so angry at things like this, the utter stupidity and disrespect and complete lack of thinking people show at tournaments that I'm close to kicking them from the tournament channel for the duration of the event and just going forward. It would have saved so much time because they are so MANY at times. They think of the TOs as their personal helper and guide.
If one goes simple they ask stupid question as above, if one goes very specific and simple they go "lolz 2 hard 2 understandz". If you talk to them personally and ask "what was so hard to understand?" they reply "it was unclear, calm down its just a game lets have fun" even though during the week one had specified -no weapons -no shields etc.
This is a reason why if you cant comprehend the rules as they are stated and break them you lose at once. If the rules say "no spells" and some guy use "animate weapon" on their weapon and claims they didn't understand that its a spell because what they got was a creature. This shows such an astounding lack of intelligence and comprehension of reality that you are not fit to be around. And i betters stop now since i just get angrier and angrier the more stuff i recall.
