Special Rules
Its the 3rd week of September so the theme will be 3.

- No more than 3 copies of any card in your deck besides pillars and pendulums
- No more than 3 elements in your deck
- No upgraded cards

If any spell or its effect would be wrong for the format it would be listed.

Currently Fractal is allowed but if a good argument for stopping fractal shows up it will be banned. Several things stops it.
