So, Nova is ok, immolation is not OK? Any reason? Or just because?

I guess it is because it allows a flat quanta distribution instead of heavy fire?

Immolation allows making pilarless fire rush deck, which doesn't feel like rainbow at all (and which would probably outrush rainbows in this event).

umm disallowing immo leaves about 1-2 decks with very slight variations...

why not allow immo but make it so your deck must have cards from 5 or even 6 or 7 different elements in it

Well, when doing so, everybody will use immolation decks, which isn't very much fun either, because those are all the same too (except some variations).

No, it really, really doesn't. There are other ways of gaining quanta than pillars, where nova isn't even needed.

"All non-Pillars other than Immolation are allowed."
So it seems they are. Not a big advantage anyway.

I don't think marks are allowed.

1. Gives advantage to experienced players
ex) Plastiqe has 5 fire marks, Rastafla almost has a mark of each element.

2. The whole point of the tourney is to use only quantum pillar to make a RAINBOW deck.
Marks are considered as pillars, so they're obviously banned.

If the ruling is different... i'm boycotting this tourney  I don't care I'm likely to not participate anyway.
Ex-Master of :gravity, still a fervid supporter! GO GRAVY!
