Special Rules
- Unupgraded cards only. You cannot use any upgraded cards.
- No Mark Cards allowed (rare mark cards from tournament wins)

Deckbuilding:

• Pick an element
• take a mark of that element
• take cards from that element (or 'Other') only

So basically you have to use a pure mono-deck without the option to take a mark from some other element.

Actually, they can. You can use quantum pillars, since they are other, they count as a  mono deck.

so you can only use <specific-element> pillars in mono but how about quantum pillars?

I just want to check because a few weeks ago I had a terrible time getting into a tournament, either because the time kept getting switched, or I kept reading it wrong. Is the time right?
