It is because killsdazombies simply has copied the names from the chat into the bracket generator, and in the chat, they are listed the way you say. (first the capitals alfabetically, the the others alfabetically).
Yes, killsdazombies did litteraly copy-paste, because he even hasn't removed the '¬ ' from behind his name.

Wait... So it is all killsdazombies fault!! I think he rigged it so that he gets two people who were a no-show. VeryBored was a no-show and I think ArturusX was a no-show. He got a free pass to second round!!

I would rather see an end to this pathetic farce, but you have zero of both reason and logic to suggest killsda would do anything like that. Both of his opponents were in the chat and talking when he made the brackets. You're basically trying to find a conspiracy in normal methods of bracket-making and coincidence. It makes you look like a complete ass, and no one benefits from what you're trying to pull.

BTW i didnt get a pass the second round, arthur showed up after getting some lunch he said,
I got a pass from verybored because he left chat after the brackets were made.

.... No comments on this one. the part of the alphabet is right - if you look at the chat, it's all listed alphabetically. So that killda doesn't haves the trouble of writing himself to each bracket and even to prevent typos and missing some names, copy and paste.

Now telling that he rigged it so he gets two automatic wins is wrong o.O

First, he didn't gain two automatic wins - arturus came back later, so he didn't get two free passes.
Second, if the opponent didn't show up, it's not his fault. So I doubt he "rigged" it to get two free passes.
