Prizes

1st	7,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark + Trophy (Forum Icon)
2nd	5,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark
3rd	4,000 electrum
4th	3,000 electrum
5th	2,000 electrum
6th	1,000 electrum

Players who lose their quarterfinal (Top 8) matches will compete for the 5th and 6th place prizes in a mini-tournament. Prize-eligible players (namely, ones in the top 8) who leave the tournament without notifying the Tournament Organizer of their intent are considered to have forfeited their match, and also their prize.

NOTE: Players with fewer than 30 forum posts are not allowed to enter tournaments. Spamming low-quality posts to reach the minimum post count needed to participate will not be tolerated.

Special Rules

• Upgraded cards are not allowed
• Shards are not allowed.
• Decks may only contain 2 types of pillars. Pendulums are not allowed.
• Marks are not allowed.
• You must have at least 20% of pillars of one type, and another 20% of another type. (A 30 card deck should at least contain 12 pillars, 6 of a type.)
• Only airborne creatures are allowed.
• All  Fire spells except Deflagration are banned.
• All  Air permanents except Unstable Gas are banned.
• Nova, Discord and Earthquake are banned

Since there are many banned cards, it's a good idea to make list of allowed cards instead.

EDIT: i missed the "no spell except Deflag" and "no permanent except UG". In  my phone, they showed up as only "no spell except Deflag"and "no permanent except UG".

Perhaps a less offensive Tournament Name should have been chosen.  I don't want to flame, argue, or start a flame war, but there are many people - myself included - who take 9/11 to be a serious, solemn, and tragic day in American history, not to be taken lightly.
