So 1,2,3,4,5 copies of 6 cost cards are banned, right? (This is how the rules make sense to me)

No, unrestricted means only 0 and 6? Use the table, it says "Number of cards allowed", not "Numbers of cards needed", so you may use any number of cards that cost 0, 6 or 12 quanta. I'll update the table as "Max numbers of cards allowed" because people can't read rules.

Pardon, I thought that if something is not allowed than it's restricted. (allowed's opposite is not allowed, and if a TO doesn't allow something, it's banned)

But still a great tournament idea, so not gonna complain.

Just throwing this out there, but the servers have been acting weird these past few days. It's been booting people after 7-8 turns or so. Not sure if this tourney will even be able to run if servers aren't fixed.

yes that is my issue i am one of the people who keep getting dced after 7-8 turns i've even been booted after 2-3 turns as well

If the tourney is unplayable, then it will be postponed(or we'll find a way to get it done), we just have to see and try.

Yeah, I don't expect it to be playable, at least for me; I haven't been able to finish a pvp game in the last two weeks.  I'll probably show up anyway (if I haven't fallen asleep!) just in case, but I expect to have difficulties connecting.  I do really like the idea for this one, so I hope it will be reused if tonight's tourney turns out to be a failure serverwise.  I'm not sure how the meta is (I haven't even given it a thought, yet) so I'm not sure how it will be that way, but I think it'll probably be fairly good.

edit: I just tried tonight to get into pvp, and I couldn't even start a game.  I wish you all the best of luck and lots of fun, but I'll just frustrate myself if I try to join tonight.
