I assure you there was a totally scientific formula that we used to figure out the time for this tourney. Totally.

Does this count as being mentioned in the hand rules?

"You may add off-element cards without restrictions." This suggests they would be allowed, as that would be a restriction.

Unless it actually states that Other cards are permitted, they are banned. The reasoning behind this is that Other is not an actual element.

I realize just capitalizing Other should be enough to avoid confusion, but for total clarity, please consider using 'Other' with the quotes, or alternative terms such as non-elemental.

Just a note that you guys should update the spoiler in the 2nd post for Full House, which still lists Quantum Pillars (which are now banned as 'Other' cards, right?)
