Weekly Tournament - November 24th - Nomfest - Upgraded

I fail to see why we should change the current fixture, it wasn't ever like that until now, and it's probably clear that every US player wants at GMT 2, so us europeans will have to wait another week to actually play. :S

3 weeks ago the time (GMT 5) was proofed to be too late for Americans and too early for Europeans, and therefore lead to a cancelled tournament. This time slot is supposed to be American- and Asian-friendly anyways.

Because I make decks better when I can see a list of allowed cards rather than disallowed cards, I made this... so I might as well share.  I also removed all of the redundant card choices, like using unupped deja vu instead of elite deja vu, or flying/animate weapon, since weapons are banned, so assuming a trainer edition, you won't use any cards outside of these.  Thus, all of the unupped cards that are legal, but subpar compared to upped cards, are not in this picture.  (so I included rewind, but not reverse time, etc, but they're still legal) Also, I do not own an unupped aether nymph or an upped gravity nymph, so those have been left out, too; I didn't have them in my collection to make the picture with, and since I don't own them, I can't exactly use them in deckbuilding anyway :p  (the amber nymph is out of place because I didn't realize I'd missed it until I was making the 3rd set of 60 cards)

How will you be defining a mono for this tourney?  Under the current rules, unless I've missed something, I could run a 29 life card deck and 1 holy flash (assuming cocaktrices) or whatever?

The poll says that GMT 2 won, (which is 6 pm for me) but the timer in the OP is still going for the original time. Clarification please.

Given GMT 2 is in the lead, I think that's fair to assume.  I'm just worried about the definition of mono, because it will affect deckbuilding, and I'd hate to build a dozen decks only to find all of them are illegal, or that way better decks are possible :p

For my 800th post, I shall say the following important things:

Due to the polls, the tournament will be at 0200 GMT. I know it's kinda last minute, but my Internet decided to blurp and not let me get on. I apologize to those whom this is a bad time for, but things happen. In the following weeks, there is a chance we will modify the time again, but this time you'll have a giant heads up. Once again, I'm sorry for those who cannot make.

With that, I wish all of you good luck and know that us TOs will hear about it in the Feedback. But, with that said, make sure you state the problems in the Feedback, as yes, we actually do look at that and take it seriously.

EDIT: Make sure to check the OP for a rule pertaining the definition of a mono.

If this tourney doesn't start due to lack of participants, we will try it again at its originally scheduled time, 0600 GMT. If that doesn't work, it will need to be rescheduled.

Deck types: Duo with at least 10 card from an element. Trio with at least 10 card from two elements combined, Quad+ are not restricted.
