Special Rules EDITED

- Unupgraded cards "penalty" for each element used are reduced from 2 to 1.
- For each card from the Special List you use, you've to use at least 6 copies of it.

You have to use six of them if you use it, though.  If you used both, for instance, that's 12 cards already.

- You have to include 6 copies of each card that you use from the special list.

I've got one really good deck in mind from the available choices that I think will be extremely hard to beat, but I've been wrong before :p

Tbh I dislike the unupgraded cards idea in an upgraded tourney. We hadn't a pure upgraded tourney for ages.

I like the idea of a full upgraded tournament.

We already relieved that rule a bit. So now shards can be only played with a minor penalty, but in shardless play, you can play with an average of 2 unupped cards in your decks, which is not that much.

Just to make sure I've got this straight.  I don't have to use all the cards in the special list.  But I need to include at least one of the cards from the special list. 

For every card I include from the special list, I need to have at least 6 copies of it in my deck.

For every element that I use, I need to make sure that I have unupgraded cards in my deck.
