Where? Please enter the Tournament room at least 15 minutes before the tournament starts. Click "Rooms" in the top left to find it.

Rules Please read the PvP Tournament rules carefully before joining the tournament. Remember to also read the Special Rules listed below!

NOTE: You need just one presentable forum post to be allowed to join tournaments; you can post it here. If this will be your first tournament, a Tournament Organizer will test your knowledge about the rules. So please be present in tournament room 30 minutes before the tournament starts.


NOTE: Tournament prizes has changed! Electrums are outdated, you can collect fractions of a Nymph/Mark Code by placing 2nd, 3rd or 4th. Here is the Google Sheet where you can follow your progress.


Special Rules

Spoiler for TL;DR:

Send in a coordinate to have your place in a 36x36 grid.

Send in movement directions (south-east, north-west, east etc.) as often you can.

Find the hidden card groups on the board by moving around which will be made available on the tourney.

• The last Sunday of May is Children's Day in Hungary. In that sense this is a free-for-all tourney,
  which means there are no real restrictions.
  
  
• Instead of adding evil restrictions by a possible community voting you can get gifts! Of course
  there is a catch... you have to catch those cards...
  
  
• I made a nice 36x36 gameboard which will feature the possible cardgroups in the tourney.
  It'll be a sort of battleship-pinata combo game.
  
  
• 1st round starts now. You must send in a coordinate, that will be your starting position.
  (Numbers for columns and letters for rows. Since there is only 26 letters in the English alphabet
  we start with upper-case letters, and after "Z" it follows with lower-case letters, ending with "j".)
  
  
• After at least one person sent in his coordinates I'll place the pinatas in the grid. Each pinata
  will contain a group of cards (which might relate to each other or not). There is no secrecy at all
  you may post your coordinate after this post. There are exactly 75 pinatas hidden somewhere in the grid.
  
  
• Initially you cannot see where the pinatas are, don't forget you are bumbling around blindfolded.
  In each round you may send in a movement. You can move diagonally, so there are 8 possible directions
  - I would prefer if you would send your movements abbreviated with cardinal/intercardinal directions
  (e.g. North East = NE, South= S etc.). Please edit your first post when sending in movements like shown
  in the spoiler (don't use a spoiler, though).

• If you get to the close proximity of a pinata (1 "pixel") your character will automatically swing and there will
  be something revealed about the found pinata's nature. Also I will roll with a die to determine if any of the presents
  got broken or not.
  
  
• A round's length depends on your activity though it can vary from 30 mins to 2 hours depending
  on my availabilty (off for sleeptime).
  
  
• To make things a bit easier your movement is visible to all players. The current screenshot of
  events will be here after each round. I'll edit the following post with the happenings in the round.
  
  
• The search ends just before tourney start when I will make the list of usable cards public.
  Yes, it is a speedbuilding tourney. Your deck may have a maximum of 12 upgrades.
