- Upgraded cards and Shards are banned.
- The only creature allowed is Spark.
- Maximum Deck Size is 35 cards.
- Fractal, Dimensional Shield, Reverse Time, Eternity, Antimatter, Black Hole, Nymph's Tears, Arsenic, Owl's Eye, Unstable Gas, Flying Weapon, Poison, Sanctuary, Miracle, Sundial and other creature control cards are banned (list is provided below).
- Be sure to check the tournaments Q&A for any more information!

Edit because I missed nova butterfly effect and stone skin.
Also allowed are neutral cards, marks, pillars and pendulums.

This deck won all the games. I previously had another blessing instead of spark.
The only game i lost was the one where i tried to stall with grav shield, health buffs and lobo. Still was very close though coming down to last card.
